4. Completion of a Purchase
Paypal payment is
the only form of payment Flowdeco accepts for products ordered by you through
the Website. Any orders placed by you on this Website constitute a binding
offer by you to conclude a purchase with Flowdeco. The binding purchase
agreement comes into existence only when Flowdeco accepts your order on the
Website by sending you an e-mail or written communication, or by shipping the
products ordered.

5. Taxes
When Flowdeco is
required by law to collect applicable taxes relating to your order, you
authorize Flowdeco to charge the applicable taxes to your credit card.

6. Reservations and Exceptions
Flowdeco reserves
the right to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties for products
on this Website at any time without prior notice. Flowdeco attempts to post
accurate information, but errors may sometimes occur. Any such errors in
product specifications, descriptions, and pricing will be corrected when
discovered and Flowdeco reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to
correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has
been submitted. If an error in pricing is discovered after your order has been

7. Product Availability
Once Flowdeco
accepts your order, it will attempt to promptly fill the order subject to
available inventories. Should an item not be available, we will inform you
directly.

8. Terms of Payment
The purchase price for the products ordered by you is due upon the order date of your order by Flowdeco.

9. Delivery and Reservation of Title
The products
ordered by you will be delivered to the address entered by you through a
delivery service selected by Flowdeco. You agree that the products ordered and
sent to you remain Flowdeco's property until full payment has been received by
Flowdeco.

10. Right to Cancel the Purchase
You may cancel
this purchase for any reason up to one week following your receipt of the
ordered products. If you cancel this purchase, Flowdeco will, upon receipt of
the returned products, refund or credit any payments you have made for the
ordered products.
To cancel the
purchase, you must send a written notice to the address specified above in
paragraph 3 within one week of your receipt of the products, or send the
products back to the following address for delivery within one week of your
receipt of the products:

If you cancel the
purchase by written notice, you must return the products to this address within
15 days of the cancellation.
In case you cancel
the purchase you are responsible for the costs of and arrangements for the
shipment of the products to be sent back to Flowdeco. You must take reasonable
care that the products are not damaged during their return.

11. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
LIMITED WARRANTY
Flowdeco warrants
for a period of one month, beginning on the date of your receipt of the
products, that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty is extended only to you, as the purchaser of the products, and
not to any subsequent owner of the products.
You may return
defective products to us within one month of the date of your receipt of the
products for replacement (subject to product availability)

returned materials a written statement of the following: your telephone number,
your full address, the date you received the products and the nature of the
defect.
You are
responsible for the costs of and arrangements for the shipment of the products
to be sent back to Flowdeco. In the event Flowdeco determines that your
warranty claim is justified, Flowdeco will refund to you the necessary costs of
shipment. You must take reasonable care that the products are not damaged
during their return.

DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULL EXTENT

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states

THIS WARRANTY
REPRESENTS FLOWDECO'S ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DEFECTS IN
MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP. FLOWDECO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY
KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
